1. Payment Methods TexoraMarket accepts payments via Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Stripe, and International Bank Transfer. All payments are made in USD and processed through secure channels.
2. Escrow System All buyer payments are held in escrow until order confirmation. Sellers receive funds only after buyer confirmation of delivery. If a dispute is raised, the payment remains in escrow until resolved.
3. Commission TexoraMarket charges a 5% commission per completed transaction, automatically deducted before funds are released to the seller.
4. Refund Policy Buyers may request refunds within 7–21 days from payment date if: the seller fails to deliver, or goods are damaged, incorrect, or misrepresented. Refunds are processed after dispute investigation by TexoraMarket and made via the same payment method used.
5. Chargebacks & Fraud Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in account suspension and may be reported to financial institutions.
6. Dispute Process Buyer files a dispute, TexoraMarket mediates communication and investigates within 21 days; funds are refunded or released based on decision.
