1. Introduction Welcome to TexoraMarket, an online B2B marketplace that connects garment manufacturers and suppliers with international buyers. By accessing or using our platform (“Service”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use TexoraMarket.
2. Nature of Service TexoraMarket operates as an intermediary platform. We allow verified garment manufacturers to list their products and buyers to make purchases through secure payment channels. TexoraMarket does not own, manufacture, or directly sell the listed products.
3. Registration & Account Users must be at least 18 years old and represent a valid business entity. All account information must be accurate and kept up to date. TexoraMarket reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in fraudulent or unethical activities.
4. Transactions & Escrow Payments are processed through Stripe, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and bank transfer. TexoraMarket holds buyer payments in escrow until the order is confirmed as delivered and accepted. Upon confirmation, the payment is released to the seller minus a 5% commission fee. If a dispute arises, the funds remain in escrow until resolution.
5. Commission & Fees TexoraMarket charges a 5% commission on every successfully completed
order. This fee is automatically deducted from the seller’s payout.
6. Disputes & Resolution If any dispute arises between buyers and sellers: both parties should attempt to resolve it through TexoraMarket’s dispute system. If no resolution is achieved, the case will be handled under ne tral international arbitration. TexoraMarket’s decision in disputes related to escrow release is final.
7. Intellectual Property All website content, trademarks, and data on TexoraMarket are owned or licensed by TexoraMarket and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability TexoraMarket is not liable for product quality, shipment delays, or any damages caused by sellers or buyers, or for indirect or consequential losses from the use of the platform.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by international trade principles and neutral arbitration jurisdiction.
